Inter Milan recorded their sixth straight win in Serie A with a 3-0 away victory over Lazio.

The visitors went ahead after just two minutes when defender Walter Samuel headed home a cross from Sulley Muntari.

Lazio's Modibo Diakhite scored an own-goal on the stroke of half-time before Zlatan Ibrahimović made it 3-0 with his eighth goal of the season in the 55th minute.

The home side thought they had pulled one back in the 58th minute, but Aleksandar Kolarov's goal from a free kick was disallowed because the referee had blown his whistle to stop play before the kick.

The result leaves Lazio back in sixth and without a win in their last four matches.

In Saturday's other game, AS Roma continued their resurgence with a 1-0 victory at Chievo Verona thanks to goal from summer signing Jérémy Menez.
