Fernando Torres bagged a brace as Liverpool came away from Upton Park with a 3-2 win over West Ham.
Torres opened the scoring in the 20th minute as the Spanish striker wormed his way past James Tomkins and Matthew Upson before firing home.
Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher then shoved over Zoan Hines in the area for a Hammers penalty which Alessandro Diamanti duly despatched, although the Italian appeared to slip before slotting home with his second touch.
Dirk Kuyt put the Reds back in the lead from close range but West Ham again drew level when Carlton Cole glanced home a header from a corner in first-half stoppage time.
Both sides pressed for a winner in the second period and it was Liverpool who stole the spoils with 15 minutes left as Torres powered home substitute Ryan Babel's hanging cross.
