Stand-in goalkeeper Łukasz Fabiański was at fault as Arsenal were defeated by FC Porto in the first leg of their last-16 match in the Champions League in Portugal.
Fabiański fumbled in Silvestre Varela's cross in the 11th minute before Sol Campbell headed Arsenal level six minutes later.
However, disaster struck after 51 minutes following another blunder by Fabiański, who picked up a Campbell backpass inside the area and Rúben Micael took the free-kick quickly to set up Falcao for the simplest of finishes.
