Defending champions Barcelona were forced to come from behind to earn a 1-1 draw with VfB Stuttgart at the Mercedez-Benz Arena.
Stuttgart took the lead in the 25th minute when Cacau, who scored four goals at the weekend, headed in Timo Gebhert's pinpoint cross at the back post.
Barcelona were level seven minutes after the restart as Zlatan Ibrahimović finished at the second time of asking after being teed up by the head of Gerard Piqué.
