Fulham twice came from behind to earn a deserved 2-2 draw with Manchester United in an entertaining game at Craven Cottage.

In-form midfielder Paul Scholes gave United the lead in the 11th minute with a trademark shot from outside the box but Simon Davies equalised for Fulham on 57 minutes.

The Red Devils restored their advantage seven minutes from time when Nani's corner fell straight to Brede Hangeland, who inadvertently deflected an attempted clearance into his own net.

Nani could have put the game beyond Fulham two minutes later, but the United winger had a penalty saved by David Stockdale after Damien Duff's attempted clearance inside the area hit his hand.

The save proved crucial as the hosts went up the other end and equalised immediately after with Hangeland powering home a header to snatch a point for the home side.
