Miroslav Klose and Thomas Müller scored two goals each to Group A leaders Germany to a comfortable 4-0 victory over Kazakhstan in Kaiserslautern.
The home side got off to a flying start, with Klose slotting home after just three minutes following some dreadful Kazakhstan defending.
Germany doubled the advantage on 25 minutes as Mesut Özil supplied the cross for Müller to nod into the corner.
Müller made it three just before the break before Klose wrapped up the win with his 61st international goal in the 88th minute.
