Edinson Cavani scored a hat-trick as Napoli came from behind to secure a 4-3 win against a Lazio side who had twice led the game.
Stefano Mauri and André Dias gave Lazio a two-goal lead before Andrea Dossena and Cavani, with his first, brought Napoli level.
An own goal from Salvatore Aronica put Lazio 3-2 ahead but Cavani, from the penalty spot, equalized and then hit a splendid winner to give Napoli victory.
