Cristiano Ronaldo inspired Real Madrid to a 3-0 victory over Ajax Amsterdam in their Champions League Group D game at the Bernabéu.
Ronaldo broke the deadlock halfway through the first half turning provider shortly before the interval for Kaká to double the advantage.
Karim Benzema then put the contest to bed soon after the interval with a sweeping move started by Álvaro Arbeloa down the left, ending with the Frenchman tapping home from Kaká's fine work.
