Olympique Marseille earned their first victory in Group F of Champions League after beating MŠK Žilina 1-0 in a tense affair in France.

The only goal of the game came after 48 minutes when Souleymane Diawara headed home a Lucho González corner, although goalkeeper Martin Dúbravka could have done more to keep it out.
