Serie A: Napoli 3-3 Juventus

Wednesday, November 30, 2011

Juventus extended their unbeaten start to the Serie A season to 12 matches after a thrilling 3-3 away draw with Napoli.

Marek Hamšík blasted a retaken penalty over the bar in the 16th minute, but the Slovakian gave the hosts the lead with a header six minutes later before Goran Pandev made it 2-0 just before the interval.

Alessandro Matri pulled one back for the Bianconeri three minutes after the restart but Pandev seemingly sealed the points for Napoli when he restored Napoli's two-goal advantage on 68 minutes.

But Marcelo Estigarribia scored four minutes later to keep Juve in it and they deservedly claimed a share of the spoils when Simone Pepe leveled things with 10 minutes to go.
