Inter Milan sporting director Marco Branca has admitted that the club have been monitoring Borussia Dortmund playmaker Nuri Şahin for a long time.
The German-born Turkey international has caught the attention of Inter with his impressive performances for Bundesliga table toppers Dortmund this campaign.
"He's an interesting player we are following at this time, who did really good things this season, as did his whole team," Branca told Inter Channel.
"He's one of the possibilities that we will evaluate at the end of the season with the coach and the president."
