Chelsea lost 2-1 away at Aston Villa as the Blues were undone by two corner blunders.
Didier Drogba's long-range effort provided Chelsea with an early lead at Villa Park, only for the home side to level through Richard Dunne.
And some more dreadful defending for the Blues was punished as James Collins had a free run and header to smashed in at the back post.
